- HAND CRAFTED ORDER INFORMATION -

	*** GENERAL INFO ***
Wild Rose Trading Company is a small two person shop - my wife and myself - and all the leather goods are made only by us upon receipt of your order.  A 50% down payment is required at the time of the order with the balance due at the beginning of actual construction, which is approximately two weeks before delivery. As for delivery time our philososphy is simple: we take as long as necessary to make it right. If it is not right it will not leave our shop. It also depends on how many other projects are on the schedule ahead of you. Since we are a two person shop and since all custom leather is made entirely by hand our normal turn around time, depending on your item(s), is 12 to 16 weeks. If time is a factor for your order then please seek out another maker or ask and we will be glad to recommend someone else. Quality hand work takes time and we do not compromise our quality by rushing an order.  All items are made in the order that we receive them (i.e. first come, first served). Please feel free to call or write to discuss your order. Our business hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain time Tuesday through Saturday.  When we are unavailable please leave a message: date, time, name, phone number, where you live, and we will return your call ASAP.  Our phone number, FAX number, and e-mail address are listed on the Contact Info page.
	*** CUSTOM ORDERS ***
Custom work is our speciality. We make only original, one-of-a-kind designs based on the styles and techniques of the appropriate period with our own input to make them unique. Your order will be made to your custom specifications based on original designs and construction techniques for a unique, authentically styled item with no two items ever being exactly alike.  Conchos, buckles, and other hardware can also be custom designed.  If you are trying to re-create a particular time period or look  and are unsure of what you want contact us and we'll help design that item to be completely authentic for your period.
	*** GUARANTEE ***
All Wild Rose Trading Company custom leather products are guaranteed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied you will receive either an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met: Return the item within 30 days of receipt in as new condition for a replacement or refund. All hand crafted leather goods are 100% guaranteed for the life of the original owner for normal wear and use. Damages will be repaired when possible, but damage due to abuse or negligence, including over oiling and/or improper drying, are not covered by this guarantee. Items which have been personalized with brands, initials, etc or otherwise personally customized are considered special order items and are excluded from this guarantee. Only items ordered in our standard configuration qualify for refund or exchange. Please Contact Us and ask before ordering if you have any questions about returnable items, Original or return shipping charges are not subject to refund or reimbursement. After thirty (30) days, all sales are considered final. Special order items and all discontinued Old West Accoutrement items are excluded from this offer and are not returnable for exchange or refund. All items not manufactured by Wild Rose Trading Company will be guaranteed under the manufacturers warranty(s) not to exceed 90 days from the date of purchase

Because Wild Rose Trading Company has no control over how its holsters, knife sheaths, and/or accessories will be used, or who they will be used by after their purchase, we disclaim any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to person(s) and/or property resulting from the use of any our product(s). You should understand that the decision you make to carry a firearm or a knife carries with it a certain amount of risk and potential for injury or death. Therefore, we highly recommend that you seek out and acquire proper training before using any knife, firearm, or firearm related product. Our holsters are constructed to fit standard factory equipped guns only. Additions or any alteration to the frame or external dimensions of the gun itself may render the holster unsafe and increase the risk of an accidental discharge. Our holsters are made individually and specifically to fit a single make and model of handgun and are sold accordingly. At no time should a handgun be used in a our holsters other than the make and model of gun for which the holster is designed. It is the users responsibility throughout the serviceable life of the holster to personally check for proper fit and retention. This should be done each time the holster or accessory is used. If any holster becomes worn, loose or ill fitting with age, you should cease use immediately. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, implied or expressed, are excluded from any and all transactions and shall not apply to the product purchased. Upon purchase of holsters and/or accessories, the purchaser and/or user assumes all risks as to the performance of the product. Once the product is purchased, the buyer and not the manufacturer, is solely responsible for the determination of the fitness of suitability of the product for any specific use.
