Description:	A pair of variant shotgun chaps, circa 1880's-90's,made from 3/4 oz oil tan chap hide. These have the old style straight belt with full basket stamping, nickel conchos, and spots. Nickel conchos are laced down the outer leg seams which are also adorned with fine hand cut fringe. The buttons are hand made from Longhorn steer bones. Aged and stained medium brown These are variant due to the fact that rather than having the leg front and back laced together along the outer seam they have a series of buckles and straps for closure. With this setup you can get a snug fit around the leg and in warm weather you can unbuckle some of the straps for better air flow.
