A shoulder carry hunting/shooting pouch circa 1840's. Used by mountainmen and other frontiersmen to carry the gear for their muzzleloading guns. Made of elk hide lined with chamois buckskin. The shoulder strap is adjustable via a period style brass buckle. Decoration includes: ratllesnake skin inlay, glass and copper beads, tin cone tinklers, bone button, and brass tacks. All parts are given our vintage patina. |
