We are a small two person shop - my wife and I - and all the leather goods are made only by us upon receipt of your order.  A 50% down payment is required at the time of the order with the balance due at time of delivery. As for delivery time our philososphy is simple: we take as long as necessary to make it right. If it is not right it will not leave our shop. It also depends on how many other projects are on the schedule ahead of you. We are a two person shop and since all custom leather is made entirely by hand our normal turn around time, depending on your item(s), is 12 to 16 weeks. If time is a factor for your order then please seek out another maker or ask and I will be glad to recommend someone else. Quality hand work takes time and we do not compromise our quality by rushing an order. All items are made in the order that we receive them (i.e. first come, first served. ) Please feel free to call or write to discuss your order. Custom work is our speciality. I much prefer making a design just for you. Repeating the same style/design is definitely boring and wouldn't you much prefer having a custom item that was made just for you? All our custom designs are based on the styles of the 19th century with our own input to make them unique. Your order will be made to your custom specifications based on original designs and construction techniques for a unique, authentically styled item with no two items ever being exactly alike.  Conchos and buckles can also be custom designed.  If you are trying to re-create a particular time period or look  and are unsure of what you want contact us and we'll help design that item to be completely authentic for your period.

If you are not completely satisfied you will receive either an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met: Return the item within 30 days of receipt as new condition for a replacement or refund. All custom made leather goods are 100% guaranteed for the life of the original owner for normal wear and use. Damages will be repaired when possible, but damage due to negligence, including over oiling and/or improper drying, are not covered by this guarantee. Items which have been personalized with brands, initials, etc or otherwise personally customized are considered special order items and are excluded from this guarantee. Only items ordered in our standard configuration qualify for refund or exchange. Please Contact Us and ask before ordering if you have any questions about returnable items, Original or return shipping charges are not subject to refund or reimbursement. After thirty (30) days, all sales are considered final. Special order items and all discontinued Old West Accoutrement items are excluded from this offer and not returnable for exchange or refund.
